The bans are now live on Magic Online. Players who were in leagues with decks that contained any of the cards have been removed from the league and their entries have been refunded. The rules change for cascade will be delivered during our Wednesday maintenance.
Today's update to the Banned & Restricted list features changes to Historic, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, and Vintage. There is also a change to the rules for the Cascade mechanic.

-Drag copies of cards into deck space ... negative qtys in Collection are OK
-When deck is legal, yellow alert triangle disappears
