Sometimes I forget that we live on a planet where sea otters wrap themselves in kelp so they don’t drift out to sea while they sleep. Where frogs follow elephants in the jungle to lay eggs in their footprints. Where whales lift their newborns to the surface for a breath of air.

Suddenly, the supposed “Christians” are upset that the Pope used a passage from the Old Testament against war. That he shouldn’t be using the Old Testament as a Christian. From those that endlessly use Leviticus 18:22 and want the 10 Commandments in schools. Such hypocrites.

I think, in order to avoid paying taxes, a supposed charitable organization must be able to prove their charitable donations at least equal what their tax burden would be. Simple. Why shouldn't this apply to a religious organization?
