Good people make you feel terrible about yourself when you first meet them. I spent years thinking I could spot authentic kindness from across a room. Warm smile, eager to help, quick to compliment, always available when you need them. All the social signals we associate with

The Holy Father is directly quoting scripture to rebuke the satanic american regime
Absolute bombshell. Pope Leo directly rebukes Pete Hegseth for trying to frame the Iran war as a Christian holy crusade. The Pope declares God will not listen to their prayers because their hands are full of blood. A devastating moral condemnation of the Pentagon.

The United States of America was founded as a secular nation by men who were themselves deists. Not a single one of them was Jewish. Even saying they were Christian is a stretch, but saying they were "Judeo-Christian" just shows a complete lack of intellectual honesty.

*prepares for MAGA Christian meltdowns🍿*
MESSAGE I wholeheartedly endorse the powerful appeal for peace made by the Holy Father, Pope Leo, during his Palm Sunday Mass. His call for the laying down of arms and the renunciation of violence resonated profoundly with me, as it speaks to the very essence of what all major

@christopherhope @PatrickChristys Stop giving to charities: they’re all full captured by the left and they use donations to further the agenda of the far left. I only donate to animal charities now

Sometimes I forget that we live on a planet where sea otters wrap themselves in kelp so they don’t drift out to sea while they sleep. Where frogs follow elephants in the jungle to lay eggs in their footprints. Where whales lift their newborns to the surface for a breath of air.

Suddenly, the supposed “Christians” are upset that the Pope used a passage from the Old Testament against war. That he shouldn’t be using the Old Testament as a Christian. From those that endlessly use Leviticus 18:22 and want the 10 Commandments in schools. Such hypocrites.

I think, in order to avoid paying taxes, a supposed charitable organization must be able to prove their charitable donations at least equal what their tax burden would be. Simple. Why shouldn't this apply to a religious organization?

I don't think people understand how insane Renaissance Florence was. In a town of about ***50k people*** you had the following people all alive at the same time: * Leonardo Da Vinci * Michelangelo * Raphael * Amerigo Vespucci (explorer for whom America is named) * Niccolo

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but we are not a Christian nation. We are a nation where you are free to be a Christian. Your religion guides you, not all of us. It’s as simple as that.

Zuppi was considered a serious contender for pope before Leo was elected last May. That means he carries a lot of weight in the Church, so something like this can't be considered a private, spur-of-the-moment decision on his part but an act that has full Vatican backing.
