This is what all companies should be allowed to do. Set a high bar for compliance to make a real difference. Allow a mix of current targets and equity-equivalent programs. This brings true economic empowerment to all South Africans. Never mind foreign fixed investment.

We popped by the SA Children’s Home to meet Shani, Jane and the incredible kitchen team who keep things cooking. That is about 120 meals every day. We also got to see their shiny new stove, which Sygnia proudly donated towards. Our amazing staff collected toiletries too!
