Tbh we need to stop thinking about forcing kids and teachers back into buildings this school year and start planning, collaboratively and realistically, for SY21-22. We need to channel resources and energy NOW lest we go through another year of uncertainty and frustration.

Oversized classes are especially dangerous this year, but not only because of covid. It's because our students have been isolated for 1.5 years and have to reacclimate to the social setting. And sitting on top of all your peers with 37 in a room doesn't help.

One of our seniors got into U Penn! It's the first time one of our kids has gotten accepted to an Ivy, and the student who earned it is SO deserving. (She has hella other options too!). So proud 🥰.
