An old Chinese Tong from SF just listed their cemetery in @DalyCityGov for sale, "Potential development opportunity". No mention of tombstones. In 1898 the Tong solved the riddle of SF's burriel ban & SMC's ban on Chinese owned land:. @smchistmuseum @DavidGallagher @JonMays

$ per door is a rough metric on these affordable deals, where there is so much range in unit size project-to-project. Some projects are only studios & 1brs. Some, like this deal, are in the 'large family' funding category, with more 2 & 3 bedrooms (41/69 are 2 & 3 bedrooms).
Not to be outdone by San Francisco, San Mateo County is also building "affordable housing" for over one million dollars per unit. Eucalyptus Grove Apartments in Burlingame clocks in at a per unit cost of $1,069,992.
