Great GTM post ”people not understanding Uniswap it was a me-problem, not a them-problem. If I wanted people to use my project, I needed to talk about it on their terms, in ways they understood”
And the dynamic is this: even great products didn’t spread automatically. It’s even more true in 2025, when building is cheap and attention is the real bottleneck. So if you build in crypto and want to navigate that, you'll find this guide useful:

My buddy wrote a nice overview of Go To Market strategies in crypto. If you’re preparing to launch something new, you should give it a read!

In the guide you'll find the story of Uniswap's year-long pre-launch "campaign", Tether getting 1,000X growth via BD deals with CEXs, and Aave getting off the ground thanks to LINK Marines. Different products, different path, same underlying dynamic.

Qw conflates moat with value capture. Internet has an insanely strong moat, yet its fees are $0. Same with Linux in servers and supercomputers. Funnily, low fees can be your moat, too. And that's because new entrants need to reach economies of scale to make their business work
Wait what? "Blockchain moats: 3/10"? This is getting silly. Even Santi did not think blockchains "don't have moats." Ethereum has had 10 years of uninterrupted dominance, with hundreds of challengers who've raised $10B+ in funding to try to take market share. After a decade's
