Coaches/Teachers,.Students are smart. They sense fear, can smell BS (basic stuff), & recognize when our own actions don’t meet/exceed the standards we’ve set. If we want change, we gotta live it. If we (adults) struggle with the “standard”, how will our student(s) do? #Magis.
If you’re a coach who cares about culture, then do it the right way!. The true measure of a culture is results, not principles, posters, or feelings. Everything about your approach to culture, standards, or “core values” must drive real actions that produce real results.

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads! But also to all you gentlemen providing father-like roles to those in need. Parenting isn’t easy but our children (I) need that structure, guidance, & love. So thankful for my Dad and all the other father-like figures who provide(d) for me!
