Today I got a great reminder of why my morning workout crew is so awesome. They created a “AM Crew Wrapped” and it is spot on haha but it reminded me of how much easier it is to be accountable to doing a workout when you have a great crew there, doing the work with you! Thanks 💪

As we roll into Thanksgiving break w/ the Nebraska HSFB season officially over, I’m reminded how thankful I am to have my role, to be connected to others, & to have responsibility for others. From all spectrums, extreme Hi/Lo, coaching is a blessing I don’t thank Him for enough.
