NBA teams often ask me about hip mobility before they ask about strength numbers when evaluating NBA prospects. If you’re a young hooper make sure you prioritize mobility / flexibility in your training program. In return you’ll feel better, move better, and play better.

Former WKU basketball player @GeorgeFant74 has signed with the Commanders, via @Schultz_Report . He is going into Year 10 of his NFL Career. I remember training him in 2016 for his NFL Proday. One of the great sports stories ever is still being written. ✍️
