Nothing worse than booking a Premier Plus room to find out the A/C isn't working, it's 25 degrees in the room and you can't open a window!! But there's a fan to move all the warm air around 🤦. @premierinn Dartford excelling again 🤦.

Been using @premierinn for years, but can safely say the current chaos at Dartford Bridge hotel is an embarrassment to the owners @WhitbreadCareer - feel sorry for the staff, as they bear the brunt of any customer dissatisfaction!! 🙄 #LennyWouldntBeHappy.

If I delivered a vehicle to a customer in the state @UKEnterprise has just dropped to me, I'd get a mouthful from the client!!. Does nobody care about customer service anymore? 🤦.

Something ironic in @Enterprise delivering a hire car to replace mine that is in for repairs with pretty much exactly the same damage on it!! 🤦😂. Not a great first impression lads 😬.
