Many FC members have stayed quiet out of fear of industry blacklisting. These are talented, kindhearted people who could've genuinely changed the industry - but instead were reduced to marketing props for a multi-million dollar show.

Other indignities: TGA organized meetups at places like Starbucks, took photos with FC members, then left them with the tab. Individual names weren't even shared at the Awards ceremony. "We did a lot more for them than they ever did for us."

FC members weren't even told about the Old Spice deal. When they organized and raised concerns about feeling exploited? TGA shut down the entire program instead of addressing the issues. The 2023 class was the last one.

The most egregious part: TGA took sponsorship money from Old Spice in 2023 "in the name of" the Future Class, then just... pocketed it. None of it went to FC initiatives, mentorship compensation, or supporting marginalized devs.
