2/2 business is beyond me. Surely anyone from your company that calls your service would realise this is just unfit for purpose. It was an awful experience and I ended feeling sorry for a guy on the phone. If you hold shares, I would get out, the management have to be clueless.

Well @O2, you have given me the worse customer service experience ever, and I am an old guy! The poor guy from India spoke very little english and it took me 1 hour 38 minutes to do a simple contract. I had to use you as my gate had one of your SIM’s fitted. How you get any 1/2

Rant.. I must be old and grumpy. On holiday, people on their mobiles on speaker or FaceTime around the pool. I have no interest in Grans in-growing toenail, your marital problems or your impending hospital operation. Just use the ear piece. Thank you 😡

Our 2nd new opening of the week is Pontio Lounge in Chepstow. Pontio has opened in the fabulous former Herbert Lewis department store and is our 213th Lounge (& 252nd over all site). @theLOUNGERS #lovelounging #LGRS

Super chuffed to have been awarded this. 10 years of top, top service from Team MMT. Could not be more proud to work alongside a bunch who think top customer service is the bare minimum. They are always pushing the bar ever higher. Wonder why we do so well….

Love this time of year in the travel industry. Out visiting shops, staff buzzing and customers plentiful and excited to be booking. Made plenty of teas and coffees, filled our dog bowl for Charlie and even fixed a toilet. Love it!!!

Wales are revaluing houses for Council Tax charges to make it fair. What about sorting out the business rates on shops? This is grossly unfair and is causing a serious decline in our High Streets. Simple question, when ?@BBCWalesNews @PrifWeinidog @ITVWalesAndWest @WalesOnline

Well there we are, an incredible 21 record months in a row and beating previous records by a mile. No gimmicks just quality face to face service in a shop. No sign of this “trend” slowing. Thanks as ever, to the superstars at MMT 😍

Just done a shop lease renewal. I didn’t haggle a penny off the proposed new rent, why? Because in my hour of need in the Covid years, he supported me and my business fully to get through it. This is how business should be done. Thanks Allan.

I surprised my staff this week with cake and fizz for their amazing achievements in Jan and Feb. Was somewhat surprised and dead chuffed to come into these little beauties this morning. What a lucky guy I am!!! #teamMMT

Since I started the business 16 years ago. Looks like 2023 will be another record year for the business, beating the previous record year, which was…..last year! It’s great to see both customers and importantly my staff with the big smiles back 😀

Delighted to confirm Feb 23 was our 13th record month in a row. Despite the cost of living crisis, holidays are clearly prioritised with any disposable income now travel is possible. It also puts to bed, any notion of the death of the High Street travel agent, a story circling1/2

Sunshine Saturday was followed last week by Super Sunshine Saturday and today Super Douper Sunshine Saturday. This month is proving holidays are key to life and peoples well being and they are prioritised at all times when travel is possible. Travel really is back and healthy 😀
