@lsanger Nobel Laureate Dr. Michael Levitt in the section on his Covid research. It misrepresents his research & slanders him using a source known to be a biased hit piece. https://t.co/wG2asMWAgn. I worked w/him during Covid; if you need more explaination please contact me.

I am so happy to see this paper by @PaulRobustelli, whom I have never met but would like to. It characterizes structure in disordered proteins using the writhe of the chain. I used this is 1983 to calculate protein structure using known pairs-wise interactions. I was
We're inspired by work in the late 70s by Harold Scheraga using differential geometry to describe polymer conformations ( https://t.co/woUsnlUCiv) and a @MLevitt_NP2013 1983 JMB classic ( https://t.co/xSTlf1E0D2) calculating writhe of protein conformations using discrete segments.

This is really exciting work that I am proud to be a part of. RNA is a remarkable material as it has structure and also carries information. My first paper published in 1969 modeled RNA structure in transferRNA. The paper by @GalOren8 is about using AI to better predict

Thank you. Ben and I are working together and making many interesting discoveries. This is a hugely positive legacy of my days on X-Twitter.
@MLevitt_NP2013 Hey guys. @MLevitt_NP2013 & @USMortality I remembered you watching Dr. JB's hearing and news reports. You did some great data analysis that made a huge difference. Many don't say it, but they know. Regards ๐

Ben you are amazing.
Iโve recently updated German data to use more user-friendly 10-year age groups instead of the previous 5-year intervals. The difference was surprisingly large, so I decided to investigateโdigging deep into the code for about three days to verify everything. Hereโs what I found:

Editing messenger RNA could allow a single mRNA vaccine to code for different proteins. Sounds risky to me. Still , it may have importance in future.
@MLevitt_NP2013 @GalOren8 New mRNA vaccines on arrival? ๐ค

Really is important!!
@GalOren8 has done something remarkable in AI for Science by teaching ChatGPT the language of RNA. I am so proud to be involved in this project with him and Erez Levanon.

Yes, @stephen_s has been working hard to keep me honest with a totally independent project aimed at peak finding and fitting. I am in great awe of maths and programming skills. Thank you.
@MLevitt_NP2013 Yes yes, Iโll try and finish my quadruple check for bugs in the fitting algorithm asap. So much time and so little to doโฆ

Agree with you. Is this because it in spite of the US embargo of the fastest GPU chips. Reminds me of the hidden story in LIU Cixinโs trilogy โThree Body Problemโ.
Deepseek R1 is one of the most amazing and impressive breakthroughs Iโve ever seen โ and as open source, a profound gift to the world. ๐ค๐ซก

Certainly do. Most of the first major outbreak in the particular location are predictable Gompertz Growth rather than unpredictable Ligistic Growth. Have all the data of a comprehensive analysis waiting final write-up.

Thank you all so much. These comments feel like a dream come true. I recognize so many names of friends I have never met and wish I could. What happened to all those who fought against any non-establishment views on COVID-19. I miss a few of them who argued with integrity.
