An outrageous failure of basic planning/engineering at SoFi stadium in not using non-slip surfaces in common areas likely/able to become wet….
SoFi Stadium was built as an indoor/outdoor stadium but the floor is entirely too slippery tonight in the rain. Multiple people are slipping and falling and having to be helped out on stretchers.

15 years ago @Matt_Quinlan contributed to the CA airline passenger bill of rights. That primarily involved tarmac delays, but it may be time to revisit this and expand protections/rights. 😡.

By being aware of our society’s car-centric mentality, we can (and should) avoid creating dangerous booby traps like this for bicyclists. 🚲 Allowing it to persist after knowing the trap was sprung is outrageous. Fix the grate!
