Heartbreaking news this morning that the young lad, 11 years old has sadly lost his life as a result on Saturday nights traffic collision on the Shankill. Absolutely heartbreaking my thoughts are with his family at this very sad time.

The Shankill Road in Belfast is closed in both directions following a serious road traffic collision near the junction with Boundary Street. Diversions are in place but motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
