Yes.. our label division ‘Mini Hip-Hop Recordings’ has launched… yes, we’ll be looking for our first Midwest artist.. starting with Detroit.. open minded, reliable artists who are serious about proper marketing and branding to build a long lasting legacy.

Cash Money has the better singles from that era — stuff you really never stopped hearing for the past 20-25 years. But No Limit has the better album cuts. Stuff that never got a proper release but were ‘viral’ in that era without a push or video.

It was a celebration of music etc. BUT.. if we look at it as a battle.. here’s why Cash Money took the “L” 🥲 1. Excluding Turk 2. No Lil’ Wayne in sight (but he is currently in Vegas) 3. No “Hot Boys” obviously (because 1&2) 4. Birdman dissin’ Turk at the end.. 5. Lower energy.

🏆 @rocmarci went to school with @BustaRhymes younger brother.. who told Busta about Marci’s rhyme skills.. this led to him being a member of Flipmode Squad.. Roc’ says he looked at the opportunity as an “internship” & wasn’t expecting to blow up during that time..
