Today there was a tragic shooting outside Mervo during regular dismissal. One of our students was taken to a hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. Our thoughts are with the family & Mervo community. We will have counselors at the school next week for students & staff.

Governor Hogan fails to see the danger that this presents even when multiple mass shootings prove him wrong. He can either take gun violence seriously or leave Marylanders in danger.

The alleged Highland Park shooter had a music video fantasizing about what appears to be a school shooting on YouTube. The video has 42,000 views and has been up for a year. These things are never a total surprise.
