Funny story from Kyiv: I was accidentally knocked to the ground while scrambling to get inside the gates of Mariinsky Palace. Knee is pretty banged up but thankfully no fractures. At least I got this fun photo while pumping, pooling and elevating on the train out. π

2/3 of Mainers don't have access to paid family and medical leave, and the people who are least likely to have paid leave are the ones who need it the most. No one should have to choose between caring for a loved one or paying bills. Sign at the polls for #PaidLeave on 11/8!

We look forward to having this same opportunity to take action on proposed donor milk reimbursement legislation here in Maine in 2020!
Donor milk saves lives, improves health, promotes breastfeeding, and saves health care dollars. Insurance coverage will help ensure that all babies who need donor milk receive it. https://t.co/t5qjK7HWyS

New from @AHRQNews: Evidence-based interventions like hospital policies, trained clinicians who help postpartum moms at home, and peer-support for mothers enrolled in WIC all help improve incidence and duration of breastfeeding. https://t.co/QsjQYXDu3w
