Rosalynn Carter broke barriers. Her work to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness was groundbreaking in the 70s, just as it is today. Like her husband, she was a tireless advocate for peace and a voice for the voiceless. Our nation is better because of her service.
Our co-founder, former U.S. First Lady Rosalynn Carter, passed away this afternoon in Plains, Georgia. For more information: https://t.co/82bHoZQvkk
