Someone asked me what I was going to school for. My answer shocked them. “What about being an author?” Well, I need a fallback. “Why?” Why do I need a fallback though? Why not chase what I actually WANT to do? I have so many people that believe in me.. so why?

I just want to find a friend group of authors. Ones that love to talk and bounce ideas off each other. Ones that get the random memes and distractions.

My writing has taken a back seat. My health has been my number one priority. I have had a procedure every 2 months this year. Just had 2 this month alone, with a major one next month. I’m juggling jobs, school, kids and health. It’s been a real struggle.
