Good storytelling—on television, books, exhibits, etc—nurtures trust through detail. We usually focus on how actors and writers weave the narrative, but the set designers and set dressers work just as hard, as shown in this behind the scenes look at #Outlander from @SamHeughan.

"You get better responses if you have a big corpus of *really good content* to train the AI," per Chelsea Larsson on AI and content design. Many orgs miss this point amid layoffs: orgs that struggle with content will struggle with AI. It's not a Bandaid, but bleeding at scale.

"Where content designers are going to really have an impact is in knowing how AI models work, how they're trained, and how they're structured," per @pdstafford. "This is the perfect gap to step into: we are natural allies for ... language models."
