Full transparency I did it again. The trade from the previous post was up 4k at market open I had the chance to close and didn’t, now I’m here, my thoughts are not funny or nice right now. I literally sold my car and in less of a week i’m almost blown. This is an addiction…

Looking for solid traders to form live trading groups (not paid). It’s more like a dojo/startup: study live, share ideas, and grow together. Two main groups: Spanish & English. Four total for AM/PM sessions.

Being real, I was up nearly 16K total, got caught shorting while price went up and almost blew the account. Was left with 1K, had to rebuild from scratch. Grateful it worked out, but never again. Next time I hit 16K, I’m locking in the investment.

I joined the @NinjaTrader competition and made 10K in profits,thought I was doing great, until I saw others hitting over 60K in just 5 days. Crazy, I’ll always stand by this: Competitions breed bad trading habits more than real skill. Still, Waiting on that @BullBarbie Comp. tho

Day 3. Break even.

Before I started trading, while I was still in university (2016), a friend and I had already created a uniform manufacturing business that was becoming very successful. In the end, I left it for trading. Maybe I would have a great company today if I hadn’t walked away from it.

I had a rough start today. It’s incredible how I keep breaking my own rules,no matter what. Thankfully, I managed the trade properly during my trading hours and closed with some profits. I took every trade live on Kick, though I’m still working on getting the setup just right.

Trading changed me, it turned me into someone I wouldn’t normally even like. I used to go out, spend time with friends, and feel happy. Trading took all of that away and left me full of doubts about myself, my potential etc. It took away my ability to appreciate the little things.

I should’ve listened to my stepfather back in 2017 when he told me, “Quit trading, it doesn’t work, it’s like a casino.”.

@Topstep @MyFundedFutures .@TakeProfitLLC @Tradeify @ApexTradeFund @TradeDayFunding . In your shows, remind traders to avoid reckless decisions and to keep learning beyond trading so they don’t get stuck thinking this is the only path. 8Years in other career can take you far too.

if you’re a consistently profitable trader and have dealt with this before, I’d really appreciate your advice. This habit is holding me back from reaching the next level in my trading.

I lost 100k Account, honestly, I deserved it. I didn’t wait for my setup and ended up forcing trades even after telling myself I wouldn’t. Lesson learned. Somtimes I struggle with a gambling mindset that pushes me to overtrade, and it’s a constant battle to keep it under control.
