If we don’t design our urban environments and make them accessible, that is what prevents people from going out and about – not their impairment or disability. If we don’t have inclusive policies and strategies, this is what prevents disabled people from being included. ❤️❤️❤️

Top tips to feel comfortable in teams... and I feel so much more comfortable that there is an asterisk saying that everyone’s behaviour is unique to them. How leaders listen, speak and engage people is not drag and drop behaviour. Celebrate diverse leadership 🙌🏻
