Ava Cramer placed 4th in Impromptu Speaking! She did amazing and missed qualifying for Nationals by one place. However, some that qualified in the top 3 qualified in another event and can only go to Nationals in one event so we are crossing our fingers! @CrossCounty1

Ella Pinkelman received Honorable Mention in Job Interview and Personal Finance. This means that out of 464 FBLA members from across the state who took the Personal Finance test Ella placed somewhere between 9th and 27th, which is pretty impressive. Congratulations! @CrossCounty1

Just a thought… how about we make it a career people want to go into to.
Teacher: I feel so exhausted all the time. Central Office: Have you tried yoga or running or meditation. Let’s stop telling teachers to do yoga and meditate (UNLESS that’s what they want and choose to do). Instead, let’s advocate for making teaching a sustainable career!.

Make Tier 1 the priority .Make Tier 1 the priority .Make Tier 1 the priority. Tiers 2 & 3 are a direct reflection of how effective your Tier 1 is. Design Tier 1 so that it's all it should be for learners & teachers. It's the only way things change to benefit everyone.
