It is hard to believe that 5 years ago today @LukeOhMD reconstructed my UCL, torn from years of throwing the javelin. It hurt even just driving or typing. Now I barely ever think about it, only reminded my the faded scars and by Facebook telling me I posted this photo back then

My mentor, Dr. James Andrews, used to say that meticulous surgical technique accounts for 95% of the success of the surgery, and that meticulous postop rehab is responsible for the other 95%! #Teamwork #TommyJohnSurgery @CompleteGamePT @EricCressey.
