Means of communication for over a week, and no one from your company can be bothered to help him. This needs to get sorted now.

A technician told him to call if it didn’t work - with what??? His phone doesn’t work!! You promise to send people out and no one shows up! We call and are on hold for over an hour at a time. This is completely unacceptable that a vulnerable, elderly customer is left without no.
