Here's my core "Agile" process: (1) Talk to user customers and figure out the most important thing I can build in a few days max. (2) Build it (talking to users as I do and deploying frequently). (3) Repeat. That's it. Everything else is noise.

I’ve enjoyed how the “technical debt” metaphor has shaped my thinking but it’s time to move on. “Debt” too easily turns into shame. I’ve been using “friction” instead.

@SamsungUS In the last decade I have purchased a Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, TV, 5 Cell Phones (trying to purchase a 6th), Smart Watch, and a SmartThings hub from Samsung. If this is an example of how you treat your customers I am done. Because this is not acceptable! 7/7

@SamsungUS The fact that you choose and continue to use such poor performing (that's being generous) shipping company doesn't speak well of your company. To push the burden of proof to your customers and law enforcement is even worse. This is not acceptable! 6/7

@SamsungUS LSO's phone number is a recording saying they aren't taking phone calls "at this time." They've not responded to multiple requests from the contact us page. If you look at the BBB, Yelp, and Trust Pilot reviews this is a clear pattern. This is not acceptable! 5/7

@SamsungUS What's worse is that now you're demanding to waste the valuable time and resources of a police department to file a report for something that wasn't stolen. Again, it was failed deliveries by the shipping company you chose to use. This is not acceptable! 4/7
