The whole reason I wanted to go back to Three was because Iβd had exactly this kind of experience trying to upgrade with my current network. How is it so difficult to resolve this without creating even more inconvenience for the customer? 4/4.

Their agent says they have no mechanism to send docs to new customers other than the system trying every 24hrs. Issue is, if the docs arenβt signed within 72 hours Three will cancel the order anyway. There is not a single bit of this that doesnβt inconvenience the customer. 3/4.

Voicemail from customer service agent today saying everything has gone through and no further action required from me, but still no contract to e-sign. Been on live chat tonight for 2 hours to try to resolve, and the best they can come up with is to cancel and reorder. 2/4.

Absolute nightmare with @ThreeUK customer service in the last 24 hours. Took me 4 hours last night to sign up to a new contract (website crashed after credit check so spent 2.5 hours on live chat). No sign of contract to e-sign, but Iβve had the order confirmation email. 1/4.

Cheers @BootsUK - ordered over Β£100 of Christmas presents, and they arrived bashed up in a box that had not been packed in any way to protect the contents. Boxes crushed, packaging ripped and gift sets split open. No time to return & replace ahead of seeing family this weekend.

Big shout out to Woking @Specsavers for helping me to get replacement glasses ordered urgently for my kiddo after some toad stole their pair with specialist lenses from their school bag on Monday. Saw us w/o an appt, said theyβd get them in ASAP & were just so lovely.

Lovely to see that the latest update to the @Tesco website/app has completely wrecked the ability to shop favourites in a logical way e.g. by department like you would do in store rather than micro categories that mean your dog biscuits sit between apple & bread on the list!.
