Finished my final coaching session with @flourishedminds today & I can’t sing their praises enough. I’ve been working on my self care and the progress I’ve made in 8 weeks has been amazing. Don’t underestimate the value of an accountability partner & someone who genuinely cares.

I have had a lot of micro aggressions around my visible youth recently. I am at the point of questioning whether people think I am too young for the responsibility I have OR think I am incapable because I look young? Either way, mind your business. But I would still love to know
