I overtook a roadie e-bike going uphill on my leg powered mountain bike. I felt smug and like I was winning a just war.

While I wait to check out the new issue of Spent. This was my contribution to the first. A story set in South Wales, inspired by John Tomac, Howard Marks & the @manics. It was tragic & insightful to research the miners' strikes. So much love for South Wales, hope I did it justice

I searched ‘Lou Reed I’m Waiting for the Man live’. I’ve been listening for about an hour to the same song but every version is incomparably different and wonderful. More diverse than a lot of albums. I recommend you do the same.

If Boris Johnson doesn't know what's going on in 10 Downing Street because it's a big building, how does he know what's going on in the country?

The two biggest energy companies in the UK make profits of £4.5 million EVERY HOUR. Let’s just take a few minutes to try to comprehend that. Utter madness while families can’t afford to pay their extortionate prices. Something needs to be done, and fast

I’ve always preferred @neilyoung's music to @joerogan's podcast but man has Neil Young made himself out to be a douche bag with this. It’s not spreading misinformation, it’s having a conversation. If you don't like the conversation, say so, don't throw your toys out the pram.

What…? Have @ray_ban actually partnered with @Facebook…? Way to delete all kudos the brand ever had. What a shame.

There’s something very special about the moment I remember to listen to Joy Division again.

Remember when ‘Vaccine Passports’ for travel were first announced we were told they would be strictly temporary while Covid lasted. But now Shapps openly says they will be forever. The same, of course, would be the case for domestic vaccine passports too. #NoVaccinePassports

Nice look into @Dan_Atherton’s day by @ridecncpts. I can attest to just how hard this guy grafts. It’s impressive, the drive he has!

The Slate Line is live! 🤯 Razor sharp slate, huge cliff faces, an 81 foot gap... @gee_atherton didn’t hold back on this one and we’re stoked to finally share it with you! https://t.co/x7mZ1whcCt

On Monday Boris Johnson’s Gov’t will rush the Policing bill through the Commons. It contains some of the most draconian crackdowns on the right of peaceful protest any of us have seen in our lifetime. Everyone needs to watch this so please RT. Johnson’s Gov’t must be stopped

Looking forward to reading this from @ScreamOfficial Bobby Gillespie. Hope there’s an audiobook for the full Scottish experience.

I paid for a COVID test, no communication from hospital, website doesn’t work for results, hospital refuses to give results over the phone unless I call back on Monday. What’s the point of having a test? No wonder we’re in this situation.
