Sadly, in my experience I’d say their numbers are in the right ballpark 😕
Lots of cyclists in a hurry this morning… far too much of a rush to stop at the lights. 😕

Only safe measure is front and rear cameras and document identity with mobile phone also they must have been injured so police will attend

I did a survey and 70% of motorists routinely blocked light controlled pedestrian crossings at junctions.

That’s highly divergent from cyclist behaviour at every set of lights I have ever experienced. Please post the video evidence from each of the multiple sites you selected to corroborate this claim.

Let's stop arguing about what proportion of people in cars or on bikes run lights, and who is posing more of a threat, and just get our heads around the principle of lawful behaviour

Based on my experience of cycling in west London, I would put the figure higher than that. I felt like a right mug waiting at red lights as other cyclists wove past me.

Accident rate remains surprisingly low, given the rising number of cyclists. Unless there are many red lights that it's safe for cyclists not to stop at - something other counties allow for in their highway code e.g. Belgium
