Some @asador44 cooking last night. Chuletón- 1kg of 100 day dry aged 10yr old Galician sirloin over @LondonLogCo holm oak. Asador charcoal peppers,chicory. No pic of the psb/asparagus/anchovy. Paired with @dominiofournier crianza. Wow,a classy Ribera indeed! perfect match 🔥🍷🥩

We’re making daily improvements to our online shop. To ease navigation just touch the key word (works well on a phone screen) in bold; like ‘home bbq’ or ‘charcoal’ and it’ll flip you quickly to that section. I’m sure there’s a technical phrase for it, but you get my drift ! #bbq
