Well…I guess the cat’s out of the bag! This year, I was chosen to be part of the @bbcwritersroom Voices programme It’s been a thrilling + enlightening time. Met some incredible creatives and I’ve learned so much from the team. ✨

Are mental health services prepared for the aftermath of the “rapture”? People selling their homes, giving their cars away, leaving goodbye notes…they’re going to be mentally, spiritually and emotionally broken come 25th Sept.

I feel this. Navigating my relationship with God as an adult has been a struggle. I believe he exists, but as a critical thinker, I don’t know how to form a meaningful relationship with Christianity. A space to explore this, without judgement, would be everything.
the truth is I don’t know how I personally feel about God. I know what’s been drummed into me and what life has shown me. I’d love a safe space to figure that out. Away from the bible bashers. Yes I would!

I’m still leaving the UK, whether it’s for 3 years, 5 years, 10 or more, I need a change of scenery then I can decide for myself which grass is the greenest. everywhere is messy but saying the UK is the best of a bad bunch is pure delusion and u lack an adventurous spirit

I beg you lot look into some of Britain's dying towns, with your friends, and make plans to commune there together. Open your own local cinema, nursery and rum bar. It might actually make you happy to build something and take a step back and know that it's good.

there is nothing left for creatives in this country anymore. how many daniel kaluuya's are we missing out on because the UK resents the arts? there are generational talents the world will never get to meet simply because they weren't lucky enough to be born a nepo baby. bleak.
The UK drama school that trained Daniel Day-Lewis, Patrick Stewart, Jeremy Irons, Olivia Colman & Gene Wilder will no longer admit undergraduate students due to financial unsustainablity. They plan to continue delivering postgraduate courses. (Source: https://t.co/87mVv0t4p2)

Lads. The Community Radio Awards is over. Won the bronze award for arts + creative radio in the UK! Competition was HIGH! I was just happy to be in the room 😂 Congrats to everyone involved. What a year! ❤️
