Good. Grief. Spot the players who didn’t really like Cifuentes 😂

Marti Cifuentes comes back to Loftus Road for the first time since his acrimonious departure in April, bringing his improving Leicester City side to face Julien Stéphan's QPR.

I've argued for years, often on the issue of how the club could be turned around, that Andy Evans and 1 or 2 others of his ilk should be on the board of QPR, involved in decision-making and steering the club. Standard-bearer. I wish him the very best for his next chapters.
Retiring after 35 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 years at QPR. Andy Evans plans to retire from his role as CEO of @QPRtrust at the end of 2025 💙🤍

#QPRLEI Oppo Profile When Sheff U went 3-0 up before at Leicester it didn’t look like Marti Cifuentes would last the day, but there’s been something of a turnaround since as the former QPR boss starts to get to grips with the task. @IanGallagher82

#QPRLEI History There's been some belting, high scoring recent meetings between QPR and Leicester City, and none more thrilling for R's fans than a last minute 3-2 comeback win for Ian Holloway's team in September 2004. https://t.co/jhcG4mN65S

A chastening afternoon in the northeast to end and otherwise positive week for QPR – absolutely torn to ribbons by in form Middlesbrough across a brutal first half that could have been so much worse...

Played out pretty much as expected. Would have liked to see an extra midfielder in there against what is basically the best CM in the div. Also saw why they’re reluctant to give RND 3 game weeks. Sometimes you do have to acknowledge you’re playing a very good team though.

#MIDQPR Preview-Ish It’s been a fantastic week for QPR as Tuesday night’s cliffhanger ending against Birmingham pumps the R’s back into play-off contention, but it’s a daunting trip to high flying Middlesbrough ahead. https://t.co/gQQtdJ4V98

#MIDQPR Oppo Profile After years of tipping Middlesbrough for promotion and being left with egg on our face, this year we lost faith and stuck them 13th so of course they’re flying away in second – @danamalt from @Boro_Breakdown explains why. https://t.co/EldyRcKwia

The absolute best thing about going to games, but worth reminding people that moments like this - pure explosions of joy and bedlam - will never be the same in the PL or for any game that includes VAR. It will always dilute these moments and taint the best part of our game.
Kieran Morgan came off the bench on 86 minutes with QPR 1-0 up at home to Birmingham last night. Blues equalised on 90+3, only for Morgan to pop up with this winner on 90+6 and send QPR into the play-off places. Football is fucking class.
