Over the past few months I went from making $0 a month to over $5000 a month freelancing Mainly because of 3 things: ✅Reply Guying ✅Writing ✅Outreach Last week I quit my Web2 job Here's what I've been up to and why everyone has been looking at me like this lately 👀

everyone in web3 is worried about their engagement dropping market is down time line is quiet people are losing interest but I'm not worried... why? I've started branching out my skills to web2. started learning how to send cold emails started booking more calls with web2

I thought growing an audience as a web3 creator would fix my life. it didn't... what fixed my life was learning learning one skillset and having enough courage to hop on calls with strangers and offer them a service. when I first started I zero idea what I was doing... just

This is pretty much the exact method I used. Just charged more... Sent more DMS... It's simple. but must don't do it because they don't want to "Dox" when they are hoping on a call to collect money from people they will be helping -_- Those who hop on calls daily/weekly
The playbook for getting to $10k+ per month is as a Web3 ghostwriter / social media manager is simple: > Start by saying yes to more deliverables than other people will, and charge less (e.g. $1.5k to do posts and replies, get yourself to 5 clients until you're overworked) >

web3 creators stay broke because they - have no offer - post for likes - avoid Dms but the creators who are winning - create one offer - hop on calls weekly - Dm 10 people with genuine interest one thinks like a business... the other thinks like a broke influncer one always

when writing your next post ask yourself: - who am I writing to - why should they care - what's 1 idea i want to showcase ask the right questions and the right path will show itself.

- the wins - the looses - the late nights - the deep thinking will always be worth it.

everyone usually leaves this space cause of market conditions. these people only come back when "market conditions feel right" these people either make a little bit or nothing at wtihin the space. don't be like these people. build now learn skills as this is the best time to

most web3 creators dont know how to monetize their own skills... instead they rely on twitter monetization which lets be honest doesn't pay that much. hence why most stay broke. but there is a way to fix this: leveling up different skills

if your a web3 creator struggling to earn $$$ - dont chase virality - dont bot followers - dont upskill but if you did want to make money money within the space dont confuse posting with building... this usually leads to nothing being built, instead: - learn one skill -

if you couldn't post content tomorrow, what skill would still pay you? 60% of CT wouldn't be getting paid.

Creators who monetize attention stay poor. why? they're only sauce of income is through monetization, and lets be honest this pays pennies to what you could be earning. the creators who monetize trust earn big.

Had a busy year and lots of meetings, glad @firefliesai was there to keep track of it all and take notes The best way to build is to take conversations off of X and to actually talk with people btw

most web3 projects "strategy" is just hope with memes hope that people will use their product. hope that memes will save their user base this doesn't work... in fact it actually does the opposite.

A walk in the park solves this... Some of the best ideas can come from a simple work in mother nature.
I've been hiring marketers for 3+ years now. The quality of talent has declined significantly this past year, with storytellers/marketers becoming far less creative and outsourcing all their "creativity" to AI Nobody can think or write without getting their first draft from AI
