A report in @Telegraph put Kilcreggan’s historic pier bottom in a league table of seaside piers - using a flawed methodology which only gave points to RUK piers for listed status. Blairmore pier wasn’t even mentioned.

Today I'll have to spend £3.50 on the Glasgow Subway, £20.90 on ScotRail tickets and another £5.60 on FirstBus tickets. Two of these companies are publicly owned and the other has a hefty amount of its fares paid for by the Scottish Government.
