Back in the 80s @BiddendenVine snakebites were banned in pubs across Kent and Sussex! Their beautiful yet strong local ciders were the drink of choice in many local free houses but across Romney Marsh there were signs saying "No Biddenden Snakebites Allowed" #SupportLocal 🍻
Who remembers the "Snakebite" craze. It was big in pubs when I was a youngster.
