Mums at my cafe today telling ITV they are going back early from maternity leave early and feeling the Govt doesn’t have a clue what they are going through. 😞

My mum is finally out of Bristol Airport after a couple saw her in distress and offered help. The wife stayed with mum while husband went off to get someone and refused to take no for an answer. What an absolutely disgraceful way to treat someone. #bbcnewscast

. My mum can’t get out the airport! Apparently she needs to be escorted back through security by @@easyJet staff but nobody is coming for her! And your staff member at special assistance is now ignoring her. She’s in such distress and nobody is helping her!!

. @easyJet What a disgrace! After 3 hour bus journey my 66-yr-old mum is stranded inside @BristolAirport . Still getting notifications reminding her about now cancelled flight. Boarding card worked fine. No staff in sight. Next flight fully booked. Nobody answering phones.

. @BristolAirport what an absolute disgrace your staff are. My 66-year-old mother travelling alone is clearly in distress and the woman at the special assistance desk is literally shrugging her shoulders at her.
