I echo the widespread support for @stonewalluk @StonewallCymru They are OUR advocates and activists. They have fought for our rights and educated communities. The Equalities Champions programme is excellent and I'm proud to work for an organisation which has signed up to it.

@rhys_goode Cis woman here. I've had half a bloody century of misogyny, sexual gropping in bars and gross comments from male strangers. I had NEVER felt unsafe or had problems with trans women. Unlike many of the haters, I actually know trans women. They are fellow women and good friends.

Having just left the adolescent A&E meeting, I'm struck by both the relevance of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek2021 and the need to 'be aware' (whatever that means) all year. Many Children and Young People are in pain. Improvements coming in Wales ❤. I hope they come soon.

I've just started annual leave to help @PrideCymru but some volunteers have been working every day and night for weeks to make the event happen, all on top of day jobs and family life. All but one are unpaid. They do it for others and its really hard.

@BroEdern have been excellent throughout the pandemic. The kids have a strict one way system, bubbles, mask wearing and social distancing. Couldn't be happier as a parent. The communication, including a video sent before return about covid safety measures was brilliant. 👍.
