We have newspapers and books available for students in the library who want to learn more about the passing of #QueenElizabeth and what will happen next. Many have chosen to take newspapers home as souvenirs of living through this historic moment

Students 11-16yo are at high risk of suffering Post-Wimpy Kid Syndrome (PWKS). Symptoms include reluctance to read anything other than 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' and low mood after finishing the Wimpy Kid books. Fortunately @booksfortopics have a great poster of suggestions!

Thank you to the fantastic @newbeaconbooks for hosting visits from our @jhalakprize judges this term! They loved learning more about people addressing issues in the publishing world and being able to buy a wonderful variety of books
