114 South Second St in Waco 1939. So much pure Texanhood that I almost can't stand it. The Brazos Fish Market, Faust Beer, the men leaning into the cars to talk, the other men on the sidewalk ---- too perfect. Like "Texas Gothic" or something. The 1953 tornado destroyed it.
