It was refreshing to meet with an anaesthetist today at pre-op clinic who introduced me to the @SOBAuk guidelines. I'd not come across them until now. Thank you for making this difficult time that little bit easier đ #SharedDecisionMaking #PatientVoice #Thankyou

@DaringtoDream5 and they wonder why emotional health is rock bottom dealing with chronic health issues. We have to fight day in day out with not only our health issues, but the healthcare system too!

@JulieMorganLAB @AnnaMcMorrin @PrifWeinidog not only is secondary care struggling in Wales, primary care is falling apart too. Please please pay attention, it's exhausting to be this unwell and have to fight for basic blood tests in a timely manor.

Had to email my GP practice manager today. A 4-week wait for blood tests, it is terrifying to feel this sick and still be denied basic care. I'm so tired of fighting. Is that the goalâthat we give up? #NHSCrisis #NHSWales #PatientVoices #HealthcareFail

A reminder on one of the hardest days of the year for me. It is never ok to ask someone when they are starting a family, never. Thinking of everyone struggling today. #ChildlessNotByChoice
