Tell me you don’t watch much of Shankland without telling me you don’t watch much of Shankland. The guy plays centre forward, winger, number 10, midfield and defence every game. Hardest working player I’ve ever seen pull on the maroon jersey.

I have to agree. Much of Scotland’s success is based on a strong midfield of 5 so only 1 up top. Shanks is a great penalty box striker but sadly lacks the workhorse stuff. If he had Dykes mobility he’d be playing at a far higher level. Be good for the last 20 mins if losing tho
