When people commission me, nothing makes me happier than getting ref sheets that they created themselves. Some were embarrassed to show me. Don't be! The fact that you went out of your way to design something yourself is awesome! It's why I love the fandom so much!

My mentor at my university looked over my resume and gave me written recommendations to 7 different jobs. It took 3 days to get rejected from all 7 of them. No place is hiring. I can't even get interviews anymore. I've spent 5 months looking. What am I supposed to do?

Don't be so hard on yourself. So many people are in the same spot as you, including myself. I just spoke to a very qualified engineer yesterday with tons of experience and he has been unemployed for 6 months.

I know. I've had so many set backs and I've watched my good friends become extremely successful. When I graduated, I was determined to finally move on with my life but instead I'm stuck here doing the same thing I was doing 10 years ago. It's so frustrating.

I used to think this way, but then I realized I am just very bad at determining how I am feeling at any given time. I perform tasks quicker when I drink caffeine but I don't even realize it makes a difference.

I do an initial sketch with a big brush and I usually move things around with the lasso tool to make sure all the proportions are correct. Then I do a "final" sketch on top of that to create my masks, but I'm experimenting with getting rid of the final sketch all together

I showed him something made with AI and he repainted it to make it 100x better. I would show the AI made cheetah if I still had it, it looks nothing like this. If he denies this, he is just trying to get a ride out of me because we don't like each other
