Since I had to book a hotel for my family and I for an additional night, I checked on your website to see if you would compensate me for the overnight stay, which as per your terms, I am entitled to. However, despite repeated emails, you did not acknowledge this, nor did you.

MakeMyTrip’s customer service was prompt and effective. They were apologetic and polite, while their outlook was to understand the situation and to help me with a solution. You should learn something from them. Not once did anyone I spoke to from Air India apologise, neither did.
