2 months ago, went camping. Ever since, I’d occasionally get this STRONG good MJ flower smell out of nowhere in the car. Cleaned it, looked, no loose flower anywhere, which wouldn’t make sense anyway as I never smoke in my car. Happened to grab my cooler out of the car

People are so absurdly out of touch on this issue. WE, the cannabis consumers, who make up 96% of ALL cannabis consumers, aren’t asking for this after 88 years of Federal prohibition and 55 years of Schedule 1. Medical is ALREADY researched and LEGAL in 96% of the country.
Cannabis is absurdly classified alongside heroin as a Schedule I drug and treated more harshly than fentanyl. Does anyone actually think that makes sense?. Trump’s campaign promise to move cannabis to Schedule 3 seems like a good compromise. It maintains criminal penalties while.

I was wondering earlier, do you think people that believe Schedule 3 would actually scare or deter black market home growers(or bigger cartels) in anyway, if they constantly have bad headaches? . Was just wondering if being that categorically stupid manifests physically 🤷🏻♂️

Imagine commercial basil growers being upset over people selling basil at home, which is 100% legal in my state to do, I can sell it whole right in my driveway, as long is it’s not packaged or processed(I’d need licensing/inspection). Should be the same for cannabis.

Imagine waking up everyday and thinking that after 55 years of marijuana as Schedule 1 being essentially ignored, by EVERYONE, that suddenly Schedule 3 will be abided by ANYONE. The only possible reason to do so - is if you directly benefit from the protection and enforcement
