At the vet this weekend, a man — transporting his cat in a Bojangles box — was loudly arguing that it was impossible his female cat was pregnant bc he didn’t own a male cat.
The very patient employee: “Sir, there are babies in her uterus. I’m not sure what else to tell you.” 😂
🤫 DISCRETION THREAD 🤫
While SWs go to great lengths to maintain our privacy, we're only human. Sometimes we trust regulars enough to share small pieces of ourselves; sometimes personal info gets revealed accidentally. If you're lucky enough to be entrusted...
1/7
Former clients:
Please don't feel self-conscious about reaching out to me, even if we haven't seen each other in a very long time. I completely understand that circumstances change, and if we enjoyed our time together, I'm more than happy to pick up where we left off. 🥰
...(intentionally or not) w/details about a SW's personal life, please guard that information like her life depends on it — it very well may. NEVER assume that it's ok to share something she told you privately EVEN IF it seems common, small, or harmless.
2/7
I've found that some men are hesitant to see high-end ladies b/c they believe that needing to save up for that date makes their business less desirable.
Please know that this is actually incredibly flattering! (Not to mention those budgeting skills are an attractive trait.) 💝
For example, perhaps the name of her gym came up during dinner. If later that week you see a Twitter photo of her in workout gear and comment, "Have fun at XYZ Gym!", it's now possible that a stalker knows where to find her, or you've just outed her as a SW to her gym.
3/7
Moreover, never assume it's ok to share facts about one companion w/another. Yes, EVEN her "friends." Our Twitters are ultimately marketing — flirty comments on another SW's content doesn't mean we're IRL friends, and even those who are often don't share real identities.

✉️ Gentle Reminder ✉️
As much as I genuinely enjoy my work and my clients, I DO NOT engage in unpaid social conversation (via DM, email, text, or otherwise). Please understand this is a reflection of my limited personal time and the value I put on work-life balance.

Don't you just love how
@lumanisity
contrasted the bold red of this set with the soft light streaming through the linen curtains?
What's your go-to color? 🎨
As a SW I know what it's like to be stigmatized. I'm not sure what's up with the unusual # of racist posts I've seen today, but please know that I don't tolerate racism within my social circle (in-person or Twitter) and actively welcome clients of all backgrounds.
👍👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿
Sharing sensitive details (names, office jobs, partner, etc.) w/one SW about another is AT BEST gossipy and at worst dangerous. When you treat other women's privacy carelessly, you lose our trust. Just as I'm sure you wouldn't trust a SW who blabbed about clients to you.
5/7
While I speak from the SW perspective, in this industry — especially in countries like the U.S. — both parties must treat each other's personal info w/the upmost discretion.
Companions (and clients!) what are your best privacy/discretion tips? ❤️

Getting tested for STIs is important for all sexually active adults, but especially those w/more than one partner. If you haven't been tested in a while, this is your reminder to do so! (Yes, even if you're not showing symptoms.)
Got mine done earlier this week! 🧪❎
While I certainly have my indulgences, I also believe it's important to take time to appreciate life's simple joys. A few small things I am grateful for:
• screwdrivers
• cordless drills
• perfectly-fitted jean shorts
• my favorite black lace bra
Once trust is lost, we're forced to carefully constrain further conversation to impersonal topics like the weather. And while I believe most SWs wish the best for each other, a jealous/unstable SW could use the information you shared to dox or otherwise undermine her peer.

Companions: What are your silly/unique "green flags" for new clients?
Clients: What are your silly/unique "green flags" for new companions?
One of mine: I always know we're going to have a good time together when I receive the deposit and their Cashtag makes me chuckle. 😆
Shoutout to the FIRST-TIME client who fully completed my booking form, sent a deposit in four emails (incl. mine), planned a 72-hr itinerary filled w/new experiences, and surprised me w/a pre-date gift. 😍
✅ Decisiveness
✅ Clear communication
✅ Respect for each other's time
When one door closes, another opens! A potential client ghosted me after I tweeted about seeing clients of all races, so an anonymous follower sent me money to spoil myself with takeout that night instead. What a class act. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, Twitter friend! 🚪❤️
Oh hey, 4k!
I can't believe it's been almost a year since I gave in and created a Twitter account. Thank you everyone for the unexpected conversations, spirited debates, amazing photography (from all corners of the world), and plentiful retweets/likes/comments! ♥️
A client recently told me that my facial features resemble Finnish Prime Minister, Sanna Marin; and well, he isn't wrong! Must be that Nordic heritage. So for those of you who haven't been lucky enough to see my face in person, I present to you my blue-eyed doppelgänger! 🇫🇮
Anyone else love it when clients gift you their favorite book(s)? 📚
1) It's a discreet way to exchange $ when meeting in public.
2) It offers such a fascinating insight into the way their mind works.
3) It introduces you to topics/authors you wouldn't typically reach for!

I will NEVER tell you a client is safe to see when he isn't, nor will I lie by omission and say "he's great" if I didn't enjoy our time together.
Giving honest references empowers other women to make informed decisions about who they choose to spend time with.

I love supporting other SWs. While I don't RT4RT due to algorithm concerns, if you comment on my posts, I will ALWAYS try to return the favor by engaging w/your content in turn. Likewise, I'm grateful to those of you who reciprocate my comments — you're awesome!
The purpose of life is to live it,
to taste experience to the utmost,
to reach out eagerly and without fear
for newer and richer experience.

🤖 SAFETY TIP 🤖
AI-generated photos are increasingly convincing. Some fake "companion" accounts have 100s of followers and even "booking" websites.
Don't get scammed! When in doubt, check to see if the hands look strange — AI can replicate faces well but struggles w/fingers.
I've officially bought enough lingerie from my favorite boutique that the manager said she is going to talk to the owner about having me model for them. 😅

🏙️ NYC — October 19-22 🏙️
New York, it's been far too long since I've visited. If you'd like to be my tour guide, reach out ASAP to tempt me with a food-filled adventure.
Retweets always appreciated.
I'm not normally a big
#VictoriasSecret
person, but I came across this set the other day while shopping for something else. I tried it on on a whim — not expecting much — but after seeing how perfectly it fit, I just couldn't pass it up. 🍀
What brand has surprised you recently?
Companions:
What's your WORST (albeit harmless) trait as a SW?
Mine:
For some reason, I don't appreciate music the way most people do, so I nearly always forget to put it on in the background. I love when you play DJ for me though!
Practical gifts are dear to my heart because whenever I use the gift, I'm reminded of the giver and the fun times we've had together. A friend gifted me this silk robe many moons ago, and it traveled w/me all the way to Hawaii! 💖
ID photos are rarely flattering.
I ask to see your ID not to judge your attractiveness — appearance doesn't factor into meeting me unless it's related to a hygiene issue — but rather to determine that you are:
A) a real person;
B) the person you claim to be;
C) safe to see.
Does anyone else sleep really well in hotels? (I think there's just something about being away from the day-to-day that allows my brain to relax in a way it doesn't at home...)
And speaking of good sleep, what’s the most comfortable hotel bed you've ever slept in?
Last night I received 3 inquiries for the same day:
•
#1
bargained for a 1-hr date
•
#2
didn't provide his screening info
•
#3
completed my form, provided all of the requested screening info, and sent a deposit for a 4-hr dinner date
Guess who will be seeing me that day?!
My plans for this unseasonably-warm afternoon? Catching up on yard work and getting a great workout in all at the same time! (My home has the most beautiful purple and white irises.) 🌸
While I'm always open to new connections, please know I have WONDERFUL regulars 💞 and am very comfortable w/their business; I have no qualms declining inquiries that:
- lack a proper introduction
- fail to read my website
- ignore/negotiate my requirements
- omit screening info
Went for my routine STI testing and — despite the intern taking three tries to draw my blood and me nearly passing out — I’m all clear.
If you’re sexually active, especially w/multiple partners, you should be getting tested regularly. Yes, even if you’re not symptomatic. 💉
If I could tell you about Red
I would sing to you of fire
Sweet like cherries
Burning like cinnamon
Smelling like a rose in the sun

Officially on my way to
#Europe
!
To the amazing patrons who sponsored this trip, please know how much your generosity means to me. A minimalist at heart, experiences are my favorite type of gift.
Thank you, sincerely, for what is sure to be a lifetime of memories. 💌
Apparently airing out my house was a bad idea... I looked up from my book and found this little fellow munching on my cat's food. (Don't worry, he's gone now.) Who knew there is so much wildlife in downtown Greensboro!? 😅
As much as I enjoy dressing up, I also love putting on my paint-splattered denim shirt and getting my hands dirty around my (100-year-old) house. I've done everything from fixing my gas stove to taking apart the A/C to building a 50-ft trellis to re-plastering crumbling walls. 🧰
Last night at the hotel bar I was hit on by a 21-year-old who told me he was, "looking for an older woman to be his sugar momma," and I'm unsure if I should be offended or flattered 🤣
Thank you to the friend who gifted me an unforgettable afternoon at
#AireAncientBaths
!
• private tub filled w/wine from Ribera del Duero grapes (+ grapes, cheese, and more wine to enjoy!)
• amazing massage
• various large baths (hot/cold, salty, bubbly)
• minty steam room

While it's normal to be inspired by other women's websites, copying someone's writing word-for-word is both plagiarism + theft.
If you like something on another companion's website, ask permission to use it, or better yet, rephrase their thoughts into your own!

Twitter's new algorithm simultaneously amuses and frustrates me... 😆
As much fun as I had in NYC, there's nothing quite like the feeling of coming home from a late flight, changing into your ugliest sweatpants, and collapsing into your own bed. 🏡
Where are you traveling to next?
Today, I hope each of you experience some form of love. The ancient Greeks identified 8:
Eros (sexual passion)
Philia (deep friendship)
Ludus (playful love)
Agape (love for everyone)
Pragma (longstanding love)
Philautia (self love)
Storge (family love)
Mania (obsessive love)
