While "Léa" isn't confined to a cubicle, I do work a full-time office job. If I spent my free time messaging all of my clients socially, I'd never have time to fully disconnect from work, recharge, engage in my passions, or nurture other relationships.

Things like pre-booking and being mindful to keep social conversation to in person (or other paid + scheduled times) help me maintain that work-life balance, while ensuring that I am able to be fully present and give YOU the best possible experience when we're together. ❣️

Agreed. And to be clear, I’m not opposed to a quick thoughtful email from regular to say “hey, this article made me think of you” or something like that, but I do need time to fully disconnect. Which is actually why I don’t regularly offer paid texting packages either!

When screen time exceeds together time in our practice. it’s easy to begin resenting what we 🤍 doing. Balance and boundaries! Professionals expect a wage for time spent. We’re your self care provider. Time for us to replenish means you get our full energy and focus in person🕉️

It’s so important to disconnect from any job, but it can be harder to remember in this industry! I think self-employed people in general struggle with these boundaries. But when we take time to ourselves, we can get that much better when we are working. ❤️

Stick to this truth! It keeps the boundaries strong. Only let it slip if you are starting to think there might truly be something there long term. Or HE will start thinking so! Freebies will make a man think you're legit interested in a future together.
