Today in @NDSUEngineering STEM Kids, our STEM GOATs learned about Rosalind Franklin and microscopy! The class went on a walk around campus to find specimens to look at under a microscope. Here are some of the things we found!

Today in @NDSUEngineering STEM Kids, our Grades 6-8 Emerging Technologies class is learning about how scientists use complex adaptive system modeling tools like Netlogo to understand the spread of COVID. It’s pretty fun to hear middle schoolers use words like stochastic!

Eighth grade girls from each of Fargo Public Schools' middle schools were selected to attend Girls in Engineering Day at North Dakota State University. While at NDSU, the students participated in a STEM activity designing and creating a marble rollercoaster.
