Once again, @FedExEurope is now costing me 400 € due to a shipment stuck in their customs process. Phones? No one around, except a stupid AI bot. E-mail? Only a confirmation mail. The sending company: they’re not allowed to get any info from FedEx. Why @FedEx ??!!.
