Sacrifice doesn't need to be associated with suffering. As long as the pain you're enduring is directed toward a higher goal or standard - it becomes just another part of life. Everything valuable demands a sacrifice. How would it otherwise qualify as something valuable?

I am convinced that a lack of clarity and focus is the root cause of most people's problems. Clarity brings awareness of the solution to the problem. Focus is what enables us to prioritize the solution in our minds.
